Career: Claudia started out at Mise-en-Place Belgium for a few years before joining Quality Seekers as a recruiter in January 2014. Following a short work experience in the Dutch recruitment market, she rejoined our team in August 2017.

Career: After completing her HR studies, Riesa built several years of experience in the hospitality sector, where she advanced to the role of Restaurant Manager. In 2025, she decided to give her career a new direction, closer to her academic background, and joined Quality Seekers as a Recruitment Consultant — a role in which she can fully leverage both her theoretical insights and hands‑on operational expertise.
