Career: Claudia started out at Mise-en-Place Belgium for a few years before joining Quality Seekers as a recruiter in January 2014. Following a short work experience in the Dutch recruitment market, she rejoined our team in August 2017.

Career: Eva herself has worked in the hospitality sector for many years. She started her professional career at Mise en Place Belgium. Since August 2023, she is part of the Quality Seekers team, as a Recruitment Consultant. This is where her experiences in the hospitality sector and passion for people come together every day.

Delphine Van Snick, recruitment consultant

Education: Bachelor of Journalism

Career: Delphine has been part of this team since January 2024. In addition to her journalism career, she has also lost her heart in the hospitality industry. She grew up over a restaurant, earned 20 years as an event hostess, was the manager of a gourmet restaurant for three years and spent the years as Team Leader & People Planner at The Frontline Company.
