Career: Claudia started out at Mise-en-Place Belgium for a few years before joining Quality Seekers as a recruiter in January 2014. Following a short work experience in the Dutch recruitment market, she rejoined our team in August 2017.

Career: After her training in hotel management, Daphne worked in the hotel industry in Antwerp and Limburg. She combined the focus on people and social aspects with her love for the hotel business. Since 2021 she is part of the Quality Seekers family.

Valérie Lansloot, recruitment consultant

Career: The first years of her career, Valérie gained experience in the catering and event sector. Afterwards, she made a switch to the cleaning sector as an office manager. Since February 2022, she has fulfilled the role of recruitment consultant at Quality Seekers, allowing her to combine her passion for hospitality with her experience in HR.
