This leading hospitality company is a well-established entity within the Dutch hospitality market and manages hospitality establishments in various locations such as businesses, hospitals, museums, airports, and events. With thousands of employees in the Netherlands, they are known for their strong focus on concept development, sustainability, health, and employer branding. They are also pursuing their ambitions internationally. In 2024, their first location in Belgium was successfully launched. Soon, they will start 2 new projects in central Brussels. At these business locations, they will provide full in-house catering in various forms. For the startup of this project, we are looking for a coordinator who can oversee both locations. In the future, this role will grow into a managerial position, where you will also lead a team.
Duties
In this role, you are responsible for the complete catering within the company. The emphasis is primarily on lunch, but other services may also be part of your responsibilities. As a hospitable point of contact, you are the business card for the client. You coordinate breakfast, lunch, snacks, and catering for meetings. In addition, you work independently and ensure smooth and clear communication with the client. Furthermore, you maintain daily contact with various suppliers for orders. The logistical organization of meetings is also part of your responsibilities: from preparing the rooms to ordering and following up on the catering.
Profile
For this position, we are looking for a hospitable and independent professional with several years of experience in the hospitality sector.

- You feel at home in a dynamic, international environment.
- You speak fluent English and have good knowlegde of French; knowledge of Dutch is a significant asset.
- You are communicatively strong and easily connect with others.
