For an international hotel group with renowned four-star hotels in prime locations in Brussels, we are seeking an experienced commercial professional. The hotels enjoy a strong reputation among international guests and offer extensive facilities for both leisure and business clients. One of the hotels has recently undergone a full renovation and is currently in a significant repositioning phase. The focus is therefore strongly on commercial growth, visibility, and further strengthening the market position in Brussels. Within this context, you will play a key role in the further development of both hotels.

Duties

  • Develop and implement an ambitious commercial and marketing strategy to increase revenue, occupancy, and brand awareness
  • Reposition one of the hotels following a full renovation and strengthen its market position in Brussels
  • Coordinate all sales, marketing, communication, and PR activities for both hotels
  • Manage and further develop corporate and government accounts, including contract negotiations and RFPs
  • Actively develop new business opportunities and expand the network of clients and partners (companies, event organizers, etc.)
  • Represent the hotels at trade shows, workshops, sales, and networking events
  • Analyze commercial performance and, together with revenue management, define actions to optimize results
  • Lead, motivate, and further develop the Sales & Marketing team
  • Manage the marketing budget and develop attractive commercial packages and promotions
  • Oversee visual communication such as photoshoots, marketing materials, and social media content
  • Ensure (online) visibility and maintain the overall guest experience

Profile

We are looking for a commercial professional who is strategic, results-oriented, and creative, with experience in high-end hospitality.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in hotel management, commercial studies, or marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial and/or marketing management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Brussels hotel market
  • Proven leadership skills with analytical ability, creativity, and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent command of French and English; Dutch is a plus
  • Experience in developing business opportunities and partnerships
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to inspire and motivate a team
  • Affinity with digital marketing, branding, and Guest Experience management
