This leading hospitality company is an established name within the Dutch hospitality market and manages hospitality venues at various locations such as companies, hospitals, museums, airports, and events. With thousands of employees in the Netherlands, they are known for their strong focus on concept development, sustainability, health, and employer branding.

They are also strengthening their ambitions internationally. In 2024, their first location in Belgium was successfully launched. Soon, they will open a brand-new project in the Province of Luxembourg, the first in a series of locations spread across Belgium. The concept? A dynamic combination of Food & Shop, featuring delicious coffee, Belgian classics, and surprising snacks – always fast, high-quality, and served with care.

For this opening, we are looking for a driven Start-up Manager.

As a Startup Manager, you are responsible for the first branch within this new concept. You are the face of the location and ensure smooth daily operations on the floor.

You lead a team of about ten employees, coach them, and actively participate in the operations.

You monitor service quality and ensure an optimal guest experience.

You are responsible for staff planning, orders, inventory management, and reporting.

You work closely with the Operations Manager on the launch of the location and contribute ideas for improvements in service, assortment, and processes.

The busiest times are on weekdays and in the mornings, allowing for a good work-life balance.

Given the growth ambitions of this concept, there are long-term opportunities for advancement, for example into a regional management role.

We are looking for an experienced manager from the retail or hospitality sector, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
