The company is still in full development and will open several hotels this year. The headquarters is located in Brussels, where the central services are based.

Mission
In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing the Sales & Marketing strategy for the hotels. You focus on generating B2B revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on the development of the MICE segment. You play a crucial role in increasing the occupancy of meeting and event spaces in the hotels and in the positioning of the new event venue.
- Actively identify and approach companies, event offices, and opportunities.
- Build sustainable relationships with national and European decision-makers.
- Maximize the occupancy of the meeting and event spaces within the hotels and the new event venue.
- Additionally, you also develop the corporate and leisure segment.
- Negotiate contracts and formalize agreements.
- Coach the team and optimize the operation of the Group & MICE desk.
- Participate in interesting and relevant networking events and trade shows.
- Keep customer data up to date using the CRM system. You closely monitor sales results and KPIs, reporting periodically on commercial performance.
- Work closely with the various hotel teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Profil
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Hotel/Hospitality Management or a commercial field.
- You have at least a few years of sales experience, for example in the hotel industry, MICE sector, or a similar environment.
- You have a commercial mindset and enjoy building and utilizing a network.
- You have a knack for spotting opportunities and possess strong negotiation skills.
- You are capable of working autonomously, but can also collaborate well with the different hotel teams.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and ideally French would be beneficial.
- You are familiar with using a CRM system and other digital tools.
- a driver’s license and enjoy being on the road.
