Operations Manager - concept restaurants

This modern street food concept has been a well-established name in the fast casual food scene for several years. The concept is built around the authentic cuisine of the chef’s country of origin. All dishes are prepared with passion, and everything is homemade — something they value highly.

Currently, they operate seven locations and have their own production kitchen, mainly located in the Brussels region. By the end of this year, an eighth location is set to open. With ambitious plans for the future, they aim to expand exponentially across Belgium in the coming years. To support and guide this growth, they are looking for a strong Operations Manager.

As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for both the day-to-day operations and the strategic development of the business. You will work closely with the COO, District Managers, the operations team, and headquarters.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic goals and a clear internal structure

• Optimizing internal procedures and processes

• Supporting new store openings to drive further growth

• Collaborating with HR to create a training program for all positions within the company

• Coaching, supporting, and inspiring District Managers and Restaurant Managers

• Overseeing quality control, food safety, HACCP compliance, and production follow-up

We are looking for an experienced multi-site Manager with a background in concept-driven dining.

• Experience and strong knowledge of the fast casual restaurant industry

• In-depth understanding of KPIs, planning tools, and inventory management

• A natural leader with excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and perseverance

• A valid category B driving license, as you will frequently visit different locations

• Language skills: fluent in French and English, with a basic knowledge of Dutch
