The team consists of a group of young, enthusiastic employees. To further guide, coach, and inspire this team, we are looking for a motivated restaurant manager.

Given the size and structure of the restaurant, you are part of the managementteam . During your shift, you are the face of the restaurant and bear the final responsibility for smooth service.

You start each shift with a clear briefing, maintain an overview, and guide the team during service. Your focus is on operations, but always from a guiding and coaching role. You support the dining team, make adjustments where necessary, and train (new) employees. It is your task to continuously ensure that everything is in order. In case of any issues before, during, or after service, you are the point of contact for both guests and colleagues.

In addition to operational tasks, you also take on several administrative duties, such as personnel planning, table planning, and cassier management.

The restaurant operates with a clearly defined concept that is also aligned with the personnel policy. Each employee receives thorough onboarding, so everyone is fully aware of the restaurant's vision from the start.

For this vacancy, we are looking for someone with a passion for service, who has at least experience at the restaurant level. You possess strong knowledge of table service and etiquette, and you are able to convey this positively to the team.
