Future District Manager

This modern food concept has been a staple in the Brussels food scene for several years now. With quality comfort food and a relaxed, trendy atmosphere, they quickly made a name for themselves. Currently, there are two successful locations in Brussels, and a third is planned by the end of the year. Thanks to our compact organization, the communication lines are short, and you have plenty of room for initiative and personal growth.

To achieve our growth ambitions, we are looking for an Emerging District Manager who will help elevate the concept to a higher level with us.

In this role, you will begin with the general management of one of the existing restaurants in the center of Brussels. This allows you to get to know the concept from the inside. In the near future, you will play a key role in the startup of the third location. Your position will grow with the company, aiming for an overarching, leadership role across all locations. Your responsibilities will further center around the following themes:

Staff Management

• Coaching, training, and evaluating the team
• Hiring and recruiting new employees
• Creating work schedules

Operational Management

• Continuously improving operations and service
• Contacting suppliers and placing orders
• Implementing new products and procedures
• Assisting in the dining area or kitchen where needed

Administration

• Financial oversight (staff costs, P&L, productivity)
• Cost and waste control
• Cash management and control
• Inventory counting and management
• Reporting to the manager

• You speak French and English - Dutch is a big plus!
