You will initially be under the wing of the executive chef, who will guide you to take over the kitchen yourself.
A selection of your responsibilities:

• you ensure that every dish leaves the kitchen well-presented and flavorful
• you manage and guide the kitchen team to create a top experience for guests together
• you contribute ideas for new dishes and provide creative input regarding new menus and suggestions
• you oversee quality and hygiene (HACCP) in the kitchen
• you are responsible for orders and stock management
• you create the schedule and work distribution

• you have received training and experience in a kitchen at a certain level
• you are driven, take initiative and want to contribute to further growth
• you possess leadership skills
• you are a team player who likes to work in a positive and professional atmosphere
• you speak English and/or Dutch
