Responsibilities

In this leadership role, with a strong operational focus, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You will be highly visible on the shop floor, leading your team to achieve excellent results together.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring an attractive product presentation and optimal stock availability to maximize sales.
  • Monitoring compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Being approachable for customers, listening to their needs, and actively contributing to high customer satisfaction.
  • Managing costs through efficient stock management, effective workforce planning, and waste reduction.
  • Motivating, coaching, and inspiring a team of approximately 25 employees, while supporting their professional development.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational standards and implementing new processes and strategies.

Profile

To succeed in this leadership position, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Several years of experience as a manager within concept restaurants, food retail, or catering.
  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
  • Solid knowledge of HACCP regulations.
  • Proven experience in coaching and leading a medium-sized team (approximately 15 employees or more).
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong eye for commercial opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview.
  • A hands-on, flexible attitude, with a preference for being present on the shop floor.
  • An enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable personality who inspires others.
