To ensure the smooth daily operation of this successful restaurant, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven restaurant manager.
Duties
As Restaurant Manager, you will bear full responsibility for the daily operations of your restaurant. Your role is largely operational, but you will also play a key role in the administrative organization.
- Inspire and motivate: You’re a coach and motivator for a large and enthusiastic team.
- HR management: From recruitment to training and payroll—you ensure the team is ready to go with a smile!
- Organization and structure: You oversee smooth operations, from orders and inventory to weekly reports.
- Guest experience: Together with your team, you work to provide optimal service and unforgettable experiences for guests.
- Numbers and budgets: You monitor financial results, analyze them, and make adjustments where necessary.
- Collaboration: You work closely with the management team and report directly to the District Manag
