Kitchen & F&B Manager - openings

In the coming months, the first three locations will open, with a clear mission: to bring together play, hospitality, and experience in a contemporary, welcoming environment. • Coordinate and guide the opening of three new locations.
• Assemble, lead, and train teams for both kitchen and service.
• Set up processes and standards: from orders and inventory management to service and kitchen flow.
• Utilize basic knowledge of kitchen and dining to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest experience.
• Work closely with the core team to roll out the concept consistently and continuously improve it.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere from day one.

We are looking for an energetic hospitality professional who enjoys pioneering, bringing structure, and motivating teams. Someone with experience in both the kitchen and service, who establishes processes, maintains oversight, and takes a hands-on approach.

• You have a strong food and beverage background with a good understanding of the kitchen.
• You are a natural organizer and team leader.
• You enjoy creating structure, planning, and setting up processes without losing sight of hospitality.
• You are hospitable, organized, and maintain oversight, even under pressure.
• You take responsibility and exude professionalism and positivity towards your team.
• You gain energy from building and rolling out something new.
• You have no problem being operationally involved (in the initial phase), even during weekends.
• You speak fluent Dutch and French and feel comfortable in English.
