Inhouse catering coördinator - day hours

For a corporate site in Brussels, we are looking for a Catering Coordinator. The location offers a varied in-house catering service, with a strong emphasis on efficient organisation and high-quality service.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall organisation and coordination of all catering activities on site. The main focus is on lunch, although other catering services may also form part of your responsibilities.

As a welcoming and professional point of contact, you represent the service and act as an ambassador for the client experience. You coordinate breakfast, lunch, snacks and catering for meetings. Working independently, you ensure clear and effective communication with the client.

You will also maintain daily contact with various suppliers, place orders and monitor their delivery. In addition, you will oversee the logistical organisation of meetings, from preparing meeting rooms to ordering and coordinating the catering service.

We are looking for a welcoming and independent professional with several years of experience in the hospitality sector.

• You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
