Duties

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract high-value guests, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Here are some key responsibilities:

- Define, create, and implement the marketing strategy and associated outlets by developing a marketing channel plan to disseminate brand campaigns across print and digital platforms.
- Take full responsibility for the commercial performance of the brand website and other marketing distribution channels.
- Develop and manage relationships with all relevant partners beneficial to the business and aligned with the brand, ensuring all service level agreements are adhered to and executed in a timely manner.
- Adopt an innovative approach to all marketing activities, ensuring the implications of new digital initiatives are understood and adequately resourced for ongoing operations.
- Create and implement a comprehensive and innovative marketing plan to increase revenue and continue developing the brand as an industry leader.
- Act as a central point for budgeting and procurement for all aspects of the online and offline marketing mix and coordinate execution with the Marketing team.
- Maintain effective communication within the department and ensure the DOSM is well-informed of any issues/questions that arise.

Profile

Qualifications for this role include:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and/or Marketing
- Previous experience in a luxury environment is a must
- Experience in a similar role in the field of (digital) marketing
- Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong skills in time management and organization
- Motivated, organized, and proactive
- A flexible approach and positive attitude
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various internal departments
- Very good command of English and French; knowledge of Dutch or an additional language is a plus.
