Duties

As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for promoting the hotel and its extensive facilities. Here's a glimpse of your comprehensive job duties:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Taking the lead in establishing new business relationships, expanding new relationships, and maintaining current business contacts.
- Implementing and managing the sales budget, along with setting annual sales targets.
- Collaborating closely with regional sales teams to maximize hotel visibility.
- Attending trade shows, events, etc.
- Engaging with guests to gather feedback on quality, service, and overall satisfaction, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
- Staying informed and reporting on competitor activities and market trends.

Profile

Requirements for this role include:

- 3-5 years of experience in a senior sales position in luxury hospitality (5*)
- Strong sales skills
- Action-oriented with a drive for results
- People manager and effective communicator
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English; other languages are an additional asset
