Duties
As a Chef, you will support the Executive Chef and play a key role in the development, digitalisation, and management of the kitchen processes. Your time will be split between the production kitchen and on-site events.
Responsibilities:
Production Kitchen

Responsible for full production and mise-en-place for events.

Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.

Develop recipes and menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.

Participate in tastings with clients and work on special requests.

Manage administrative tasks and coding through ERP systems.

Oversee compliance with HACCP and allergen regulations.

Manage stock, orders, and supplier relations.
On-Site Events

Coordinate kitchen operations on-site during events.

Organise activities: mise-en-place, preparation, plating, and garnishing.

Lead and coordinate the team before, during, and after the event.

Ensure quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the dishes.
Profile
We are looking for a kitchen profile with the following competencies:
- Experience in the kitchen with solid product, technical and craft knowledge.
- Able to work in a structured and planned way while maintaining a clear helicopter view.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems such as ERP, Excel, and production management.
- Creative and entrepreneurial with the drive to take initiative.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to positively lead a team.
- Passion for the profession and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to the team.
- French-speaking, with knowledge of a second language as an added advantage.
