Sales Manager MICE

This leading full-service hotel in Brussels boasts over 250 rooms and suites. Additionally, the hotel offers a wide range of luxurious spaces for large events or small meetings.
Within the company, there is a pleasant atmosphere emphasizing teamwork. Given the hotel's level, quality, service, and hospitality are paramount.

In this role, you represent the hotel in the local market, with a focus on the MICE segment, complemented by corporate clients. You are frequently on the road to engage potential clients with the product. You invite clients for site visits and discuss possibilities. After closing the deal, you brief the C&E team for further follow-up. Naturally, you will also be present when the event takes place to personally meet the client. This way, you build your network and expand your portfolio further.

- Setting and achieving sales targets
- Market analysis
- Prospecting for new clients and proactively attracting new business contacts
- Keeping the client database up to date
- Identifying and responding to customer needs
- Participating in customer events, representing the hotel at fairs or events within the Benelux region

- Results-oriented, well-organized, and driven to achieve objectives
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a commercial role within the hotel industry or the MICE world
- Willingness to sporadically travel within Belgium and Luxembourg
- Possession of a valid driver's license (B)
- Preferably fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Affinity for the upscale segment of the hotel industry
- Good knowledge of the market or a hotel sales network is a significant plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
