F&B Manager

For the opening of a new lifestyle hotel in Brussels, we are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Manager who wants to make their mark on this new project.

As F&B Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the hotel's various F&B outlets. You play a key role in the hotel and help shape the overall guest experience.

• you lead a team of approximately 15 employees, taking responsibility for their recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development
• you are visible on the floor, ensuring excellent service and an outstanding guest experience
• you help further develop the new concept and establish it in the Brussels market
• you contribute ideas to the F&B offering
• you help develop and organise events
• you oversee the department's administrative responsibilities, including staff scheduling, budgets, orders and management reporting
• you maintain relationships with local suppliers and work closely with the other hotel departments
• you report directly to the General Manager

We are looking for an energetic professional with a genuine passion for hospitality and a strong background in F&B:

• you have relevant experience in Food & Beverage and hospitality, preferably within a hotel environment
• you have experience leading, coaching and motivating teams and are a strong people manager
• you combine a hands-on approach with strong organisational and commercial skills
• you know the Brussels market and understand how to position a new hospitality concept locally
• you are entrepreneurial, proactive and motivated by the opportunity to help build a new project
• you keep up with trends in F&B, events and design and enjoy contributing to innovative concepts
• you are reliable, a strong communicator and know how to naturally bring people on board
• you are flexible and understand that an operational hospitality role requires a degree of flexibility in working hours
• you speak fluent English; knowledge of French is an asset
• you preferably live in Brussels or the surrounding area and have a good understanding of the Belgian hospitality market and social legislation
