Duties
As a Sales Manager, you play a key role in expanding the business customer portfolio. You know exactly how to excite companies about the unique hotel concept and ensure sustainable collaborations that contribute to commercial growth.
Sales Strategy & Development
- You develop a concrete sales plan and bring it to life – from idea to execution.
- Along with management, you determine smart pricing strategies, attractive offers, and clear agreements with our business partners.
- You actively seek out new opportunities: from local companies to international organizations and business hubs in and around Antwerp.
- Besides promoting rooms, you also market the hotel as a meeting and event location.
Relationship Management
- You enjoy being on the road to meet new clients and further develop existing relationships.
- You organize company visits, tours, and customer events that truly showcase the hospitality of the hotel.
- With your personal approach, you create trust and long-lasting collaborations.
- You negotiate rates and contracts, always with an eye on mutual success.
Results & Reporting
- You keep your finger on the pulse: you closely monitor results, trends, and customer satisfaction.
- By analyzing market information, you help refine the strategy and seize new opportunities.
- You ensure accurate and clear follow-up in the CRM system.
Profile
For this role, we are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager who will help define the commercial strategy for the hotel. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following competencies:
- You have experience in the hospitality industry and know how to convince business clients of the added value of a strong hotel concept.
- Preferably, you have knowledge of the local market and have already built a relevant network.
- You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
- You exude professionalism and enthusiasm and are able to build strong relationships with your smooth communication style.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English; knowledge of an additional language is a bonus.
