Sales Manager - Hotellerie

This hotel is located in an excellent location in Brussels, with both the airport and the city center within easy reach. It is part of a leading international hotel group and is currently undergoing a rebranding to a powerful and modern hotel brand.

In addition to a restaurant, the hotel has several meeting rooms, making it an attractive choice for both business guests and leisure travelers.

To successfully reposition this hotel in the market and achieve the commercial growth of the new brand, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager.

For this position, we are looking for an experienced Sales professional in the hospitality industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients and the face of the hotel. Your primary goal is to increase market share and generate new business across various market segments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Actively prospecting new clients and identifying sales opportunities.
• Maintaining and further developing close relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Revenue to optimize pricing and promotions.
• Analyzing the competition and anticipating market developments.
• Representing the hotel at events, fairs, and networking meetings.
• Drafting and managing contracts, including negotiations with clients.

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional within the hospitality industry.

• You preferably have experience within a chain structure.
• You have knowledge of the Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments.
• You are commercially minded, results-oriented, and ambitious.
• You can work well independently.
• You are presentable and have a well-groomed appearance.
• You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and communicatively strong.
• You speak fluent English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a great plus.
