For an international company, we are looking for an "Installation & Support Coordinator". The hotels are located in Belgium as well as abroad, which will give you a variety of work locations.
Taken
At the beginning, you will receive an intensive training that will allow you to independently lead projects after a few months. These projects mainly involve installing specific software in hotels and then training the entire team. Together with your colleagues, you will take turns going out into the field. You will be responsible for on-site setup and configuration. After installation, you will provide training to the operational team. For this, you will spend a few days to a week on location in Belgium, Europe, or even further away. When you're not working on a project, you will provide telephone support to the teams in the hotels. They can come to you with all their software-related questions. The combination of office work and on-site projects makes this an exciting and dynamic position.
Profiel
- you have good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
- you live centrally in Belgium
- an operational background in the hotel industry is essential - preferably within the rooms department
- you are service- and customer-oriented, and can work independently
- work procedures do not scare you, on the contrary, you like structure
- you have an interest in ICT solutions and look forward to learning more about it
- you have a driver's license cat. B
